The design is developed internally and in a fully integrated way. From the concept, often shared with the client, we develop all aspects of the various components of the boat (structures, deck and interior equipments and systems, rig, appendices) closely working, even at this stage, with our key suppliers, all leaders in their specific areas.
The boat is built 100% of carbon-epoxy-PVC sandwich, with vacuum-bag and 80° post-cure techniques; bulkheads and deck are glued to the hull through structural epoxy adhesives; there are watertight bulkheads at the ends of the boat and kevlar reinforced crashbox on the bow. All laminates are then subjected to ultrasonic testing. All equipment and supplies are delivered and assembled or performed by leading companies in their sectors.
In any case, we encourage and even solicit the contribution of the owner for the
definition of the project in all its phases.
